Develop your skills

Upon completion of this program, the successful student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to:

  • Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes and designer labels.
  • Awareness of art, design and fashion history.
  • Understand product highlighting techniques and understand concepts of highlighting, shading, and contouring
  • Identify different skin tones
  • Analyze the shape of the face, nose, lip, and eyes
  • Demonstrate knowledge in cosmetic technique & product

Program Include

Our instructors provide skills and practical experience with:

  • Understanding of different face and body shapes.
  • Knowledge of different body types & how to dress in the most flattering way.
  • Creating day/evening/long-lasting looks.
  • Learning different techniques/tools on creating flawless makeup applications.

    Heidi C


    Heidi has been a makeup and hair artist in Vancouver since 2010 after leaving her job as a flight attendant. Her journey started from a makeup counter to bridal to commercial. She has worked hundreds of weddings, has been published over three dozen times and is currently agency represented. She worked for many brands on the market, was a trainer with a French luxury brand and is currently a studio makeup artist with another.
