Congratulations to Cosette Isherwood - a Portfolio Prep Student at The Cut Fashion Academy! This incredibly talented student has been accepted into Parsons School of Design with a $25,000 USD Scholarship!

Celebrating Cosette and Her Collection

Cosette came to us in the fall of 2020. A young creative woman with a head full of ideas and optimistic energy for her 2021 application to the prestigious Parsons School of Design. Her process began with creating sketch after sketch of her vision - a modern streetwear take of the infamous Studio 54 style. Comprised of brightly coloured dresses and flattering jumpsuits meant to be worn with sneakers, Cosette created her Spring/Summer 2021 Collection for the confident, modern woman who takes ownership of her style and has the confidence to stand out. We love that the collection also completely represented her energetic personality.

Why Stop at a Collection?

What really set Cosette apart was that she did not stop after creating the collection… she moved forward with also creating a Brand Book and actualized many of the sketches into one-off editorial pieces! Cosette worked extremely hard for five months honing her skills and developing a stand-out portfolio that led to her acceptance into Parsons School of Design. We are so proud of her and cannot wait to follow up with her as she completes her studies!
